Dexerto is looking for a Freelance Roblox Codes Writer to join our Audience team on a rolling monthly contract. This is a fully remote contractor position open to candidates based in Asia. English fluency is essential.
Note: This job advert is listed in India, but the assignment is also available for other countries in Asia.
You will be helping us maintain and grow our codes content across some of the biggest video games in the world, with a focus on Roblox and mobile games.
Your main responsibilities will include creating and updating codes pages using existing templates, checking for new or expired codes, verifying validity in-game, and ensuring all listings remain accurate and optimized for readers. You will also assist in tracking updates, supporting ongoing growth initiatives around codes coverage, and sharing feedback or ideas for improvement.
This freelance assignment sits within our Audience team. You will be reporting to the team's Evergreen Manager.
Candidates should be comfortable using WordPress, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Slack for daily communication. Familiarity with ChatGPT projects and an open-minded approach to using AI tools for simple tasks is highly encouraged.
Full training and support will be provided on formatting, templates, and content standards.
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with Roblox and other similar popular video games
- Good writing skills in English
- Good organization and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail – able to spot grammatical errors and formatting mistakes
- Great communication skills – able to take instruction and keep various members of the team updated on progress
- Own computing equipment to run all applications on this job advert
- Able to work full-time hours (40) without other education or job commitments
- Experience with Google Sheets, AI, and content management systems
- Some writing experience is desirable
