Dexerto is seeking a creative Talent Coordinator who will play a key part in sourcing, planning, and execution of arranging celebrity and influencer talent for Dexerto interviews, shows, podcasts and events, as well as manage existing talent activities. The ideal candidate will be required to liaise with management, in-house content teams, and outsourced consultants to ensure deadlines are met across key verticals within Dexerto. As the link between staff and senior management, this role demands a proactive and organised individual.


 

This is a position for a dedicated and passionate individual. The successful candidate will exceed requirements, with the ability to manage issues outside of traditional working hours during emergencies and deployments, and will go above and beyond to ensure the company's continued growth and success.


Location: This is a remote based opportunity 

 

Requirements


 

  • Gain a solid understanding of Dexerto’s vision, culture, and mission.
  • Possess an in-depth, and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer, gaming, and entertainment industry.
  • Proactive with ideas, improvements, criticisms/feedback, and solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in everything social media: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Excellent time management skills, and well organised.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines to support a global team.
  • Assist with challenging client requests, or issue escalations as needed.
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and activate creatively.
  • Ability to multi-task and use initiative.
  • Familiarity with google suite and the ability to work with sheets, build decks, etc.
