Dexerto is looking for freelance TV & Movies Writers to join the team for the final three months of 2023.
Your main task will be to write and update compelling content about TV and movies. On top of covering the biggest news stories of the day, you will utilize data provided by our Evergreen Editor and SEO Manager to optimize articles for specific keywords while working with our editors to ensure content is of a high standard.
We are particularly interested in writers who could cover the following shows - Walking Dead, Yellowstone, Star Trek, Virgin River, and Doctor Who.
Requirements:
- Understanding and knowledge of the TV and Movies landscape
- Good writing skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- SEO knowledge
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail – able to spot grammatical errors and formatting mistakes
- Great communication skills – able to take instruction and keep various members of the team updated on progress
- Own computing equipment that can run Photoshop or similar programs
- Able to work full-time hours (40) without other education or job commitments
- Experience with Google Sheets and content management systems
