This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey! We’re looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team. This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Assistance for Project Manager
General administrative duties, including invoicing and various data entry tasks
Creation of optimal routes and transport load, cost calculation
Searching for and concluding contracts with carriers (legal entities and persons)
Accounting of carriers' work, control of payment processing
We require :
Computer literate with good communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Systematic thinking, analytical mindset. Predisposition to problem-solving. Home office (ability to use PC/laptop, Internet connectivity).
We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic individual that enjoys working as part of a helpful and supportive team; someone that cares about delivering great service and value for money for our customers.
Availability: full-time, part-time.
You will be working from Monday to Friday, in a well-organized online environment.
