Oversee schedule management for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
Develop training materials and support training development initiatives for staff.
Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts to facilitate smooth operations.
Implement organizational strategies to improve workflow and productivity.
Provide support in team management activities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in clerical or office management roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in schedule management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with budgeting processes is preferred but not required.
Experience in training development is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
