IT/OT Technologist (EFS Technician) at DigitaLogic Inc.

DigitaLogic provides a platform to monitor, control, secure and manage field devices. In general, this involves dealing with networking/telecommunications, industrial protocols and security. We use Microsoft products on the server side and Linux for field devices.

Skills and traits for this role:

- Experience configuring computers; understanding TCP/IP and networking

- Ability to work with vendors to connect to and get data from various devices such as meters, relays, PLCs, etc.

- Ability to learn to configure a multi-component system/platform

- Experience with wiring RS232 and RS485 connections

- Proficiency using MS Excel and Word

- Collaborate with and support other team members - as a team to be able to deliver solutions and resolve problems

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support when needed
