DigiValet is looking for an Admin Manager who can independently manage and execute all aspects of office administration and facility operations. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless workplace experience by driving day-to-day execution, vendor coordination, staff supervision, and infrastructure upkeep.

 

What You’ll Do in This Role

  • Independently manage day-to-day office administration and operations
  • Coordinate and supervise support staff (housekeeping, security, pantry, drivers, etc.)
  • Track, verify, and maintain staff, housekeeping & attendance records and admin documentation 
  • Ensure timely availability of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, housekeeping, and cleaning materials
  • Supervise pantry operations, ensuring hygiene, quality, and cost control
  • Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports related to admin, facilities, housekeeping and vendor management 
  • Manage hospitality and arrangements for office visitors, clients, and guests
  • Monitor and resolve infrastructure and facility issues, including infrastructure, ACs and other office equipment, maintenance and renovation work
  • Create, implement, review and regularly update SOPs for admin and facility-related processes
  • Coordinate with local vendors, negotiate commercials, ensure service delivery (monthly / quarterly visits, breakdown support, and manage timely AMC contract renewals
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events end-to-end in close coordination with the HR & other teams
  • Independently plan, coordinate, and execute event logistics including vendors, setup, and on-ground support

Required Skills

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Administration / Facility / Office Operations
  • Strong execution and follow-through skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, coordination and collaboration abilities
  • Proven experience in vendor handling, contract renewals, and negotiations
  • Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain structured records
  • Good knowledge of office infrastructure, facilities, and local Indore vendors
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
