Role Overview
DigiValet is looking for a strategic and high-energy Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s narrative and digital footprint. You will be the bridge between our technology and the luxury experiences we power. This role requires a rare blend of creative storytelling, PR savvy, and data-driven performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that solidifies DigiValet’s position as a leader in luxury automation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from internal newsletters to global PR campaigns.
- Use customer insights and commercial data to map the customer journey and optimize engagement.
2. Digital Excellence & Performance
- Omnichannel Management: Lead SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) with a focus on high-quality lead generation.
- Content & Social: Create and oversee a content calendar that grows our following and positions our leadership team as industry experts.
- Analytics: Monitor website traffic and campaign ROI using Google Analytics; provide data-driven recommendations for growth.
3. PR, Communications & Visual Assets
- Develop quarterly plans: maintain a robust database of luxury, tech, and hospitality media/influencers.
- Press & Events: Write and distribute press releases; support the execution of sponsored events and community relations.
- Creative Direction: Coordinate photography and video shoots for media collateral, ensuring all visual assets reflect a "luxury-first" aesthetic.
4. Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between regional and country teams to ensure global alignment.
- Coordinate with internal designers and developers to keep the website and marketing collateral updated.
- Manage internal communications to keep our global team engaged and informed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in Luxury Hospitality, Premium Real Estate, or SaaS/Tech.
- Technical Savvy: Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM tools, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CMS platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to pivot between "corporate tech" and "luxury lifestyle" tones.
- Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are a strategist who isn't afraid to "get your hands dirty" in execution.
