● Greet and meet visitors including VIP’,venders and interview candidates.
● Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate persons.
● Managing stationary inventory.
● Receiving and updating courier on Gtrack.
● Using Smart office app for visitor management,service request ,updating meals on daily
basis.
● Daily material inwards and outwards.

Requirements
● 2-5 years of administration or hospitality experience with a graduate or postgraduate degree.

● Collaborating effectively with colleagues and support team members.
● Basic troubleshooting skills for office software equipments.
● Familiar with IT asset management, printers (hardware and software) and telephone systems.
● Handling several task simultaneously without compromising quality .
