DigiValet is looking for a Front Office Executive (Female) to manage all responsibilities at the office reception area. This role requires an individual with a pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of discipline and attentiveness.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling inquiries and complaints efficiently, while providing accurate and timely information. A customer-centric mindset is essential, along with the ability to remain composed and professional in all interactions.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all guests, visitors, and employees feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued while on our premises.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Work experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle queries and complaints with patience.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), email communication etc.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • High level of reliability, discipline, and integrity.
  • Qualification - Graduation or more.
  • Experience - 2 to 8 years

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, manage reception area activities, coordinate meetings.
  • Handle phone calls in a courteous & professional manner, screening calls as per guidelines.
  • Conduct telephonic follow-ups & ensure timely coordination.
  • Maintain and regularly update the office telephone directory.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, maintain calendars, coordinate meetings.
  • Coordinate and oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for company guests.
  • Support HR team with recruitment activities, candidate coordination, interview scheduling.
  • Address employee queries with patience and provide necessary administrative support.
  • Maintain employee attendance records, including tracking in-time and out-time.
  • Manage access control, maintain visitor logs, issuing visitor QR codes/passes.
  • Receive daily mail / deliveries / courier shipments and enter details in the tracking system.
  • Documentation tasks such as scanning, photocopying, filing etc.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
