DigiValet is looking for an experienced and highly skilled QA Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automation testing, performance testing, Selenium testing, manual testing, API testing, and other relevant testing methodologies. Responsibilities

- Effort estimation, Planning and strategy of Testing.
- Test case creation and Execution of cases.

- Test Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish testing timelines and deliverables.
- Review requirements and specifications to ensure testability.
- Manage daily scrum meeting.
- Responsible for testing estimation/effort for sprint.
- Responsible for Function and Regression testing for the sprint tickets.
- Responsible for API testing for the API’s implemented or edited.
- Run the regression Suite in Jenkins or locally to validate regular health of application.
- Creation and Execution of automation Test Case
- Client communication and co-ordination within team.
- Interaction with the business users to understand their business requirements.
- Ensuring the deliveries are done within the timelines.
- Preparing the project status reports to be submitted to the senior management.
- Responsible for Sprint Demo and Delivery.
Required Skills
- Exposure to Agile scrum methodology’s (Planning, Grooming, Effort estimation, and Retrospection).
- Having experience in the web and mobile application testing.
- Exposure in API testing using Postman and Apickli.
- Exposure in performance Testing using JMeter.
- Understanding of REST full API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE).
- Experience in end-to-end QA activity that includes varies level of testing, Test Planning, Test Creation, Test Execution, Defect Logging, Reports, Different Suite Preparation (Functional, Smoke, Regression), Sprint Demonstration.
- Experience in effort estimation.
- Having exposure of cloud platform like AWS.
- Exposure of SQL and No SQL databases like mysql, mongo DB.
- Functional Testing (Web and Mobile Platform), API Testing, Postman ,JIRA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong experience in automation testing, performance testing, Selenium testing, manual testing, API testing, etc.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team building and mentorship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
