DineAmic Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital trends, content creation, and social media platforms, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute creatively while supporting the day-to-day digital strategy across multiple hospitality brands.
This is a part-time position (approximately 25 hours per week), reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing.
General Functions + Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing of daily content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engaging audiences with thoughtful, brand-appropriate communication.
- Support the execution of monthly marketing calendars, promotions, and campaign deliverables.
- Participate in digital marketing initiatives including influencer outreach, email marketing, paid media support, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to gather content and ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Pull data for reporting, analyzing social media insights, and contribute to strategy refinements based on performance metrics.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Proven experience in short-form video creation (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation platforms.
- Experience using Sprout Social or other social media management platforms.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and other digital ad platforms (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Physical Demands & Working Environment
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment, including keyboards, phones, and filing systems.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching to access files, supplies, and office equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry office materials and small packages up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional on-site content capture may be required at restaurant locations or events, which may involve standing, walking, or carrying light equipment (e.g., camera, tripod).
