Passionate front of house professionals with:
- 1–3+ years in high-volume or upscale restaurants
- Strong menu knowledge (food, wine, cocktails)
- A guest-focused, collaborative attitude
- Calm under pressure
- Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant certifications (Food Handler, Basset, etc.)
