We're seeking a Slot Technician in Pennsylvania area to join our dynamic team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining gaming products, as well as providing on-site training to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for gaming products.
- Address and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and manage inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and training on game functionality.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
