Responsibilities:
Process and manage sales orders accurately and on time.
Support sales operations and workflow optimization.
Use SAP and HubSpot (preferred) for order tracking and management.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a "help-first" attitude.
Resolve order issues promptly and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
Experience with SAP and HubSpot (preferred).
Background in sales operations or order administration.
