**Position Overview:**
As a Personal Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of our personal and business finances. Your role will involve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring that all financial obligations are met promptly. You will serve as the financial steward for multiple business ventures, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain financial organization and transparency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage personal and business finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment of bills and invoices.
- Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for review.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve cash flow and profitability.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Work closely with external accountants and financial advisors as needed.
- Monitor investments and provide regular updates on financial performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management or controlling, ideally in a multi-business environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
