Job Title: Talent Acquisitions and Operations Manager (Independent Contractor, Full-Time)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Talent Placement Liaison to join our team. This remote, full-time, independent contractor role will involve working closely with both clients and recruiters to ensure the right talent is placed with the right clients. As the primary point of contact between clients and the recruitment team, you will manage the placement process and oversee the ongoing relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any staffing changes are addressed quickly and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and managing the staffing process from start to finish. At times, you will also need to interview potential candidates to ensure they meet the client’s requirements. This position requires an individual who is open to change, challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will report to a Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and recruiters, ensuring clear communication and alignment on staffing needs.
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify and place candidates who meet client requirements and expectations.
- Manage the entire placement process, including onboarding and follow-up, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain client relationships, ensuring that placements continue to meet their evolving needs. Address any issues or concerns promptly and resolve them effectively.
- Handle staffing changes, including replacing staff or adding additional team members as needed by the client.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for client roles and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure all client invoices are accurately accounted for and processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of placements, client feedback, and interactions.
- Lead and manage a remote team, ensuring that team members work efficiently and meet deadlines while working from home.
- Be adaptable to changes in client demands and industry trends, proactively addressing challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools.
- Proven experience managing a remote team, with the ability to oversee and motivate individuals working from home.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, client management, or recruitment is preferred.
- Bonus: Experience in legal case management, paralegal, or similar fields is highly advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet challenges with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in managing financial and invoicing processes.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
