Are you a senior game designer looking for a new challenge, or a middleweight ready to step up and take on greater responsibilities? Draw & Code are growing, and looking for creative and talented individuals to join our dedicated video game development team to help us create the next generation of great games.

You’ll be working on projects for VR and game consoles, as well as exploring new and emerging platforms. You’ll be prepared and excited to take ownership of your assigned areas and champion the development of design documentation, game mechanics, level design, prototyping and polish. You’ll be comfortable working with internal projects as well as third party, as you will have the opportunity to work with some exciting household name IP!

You’ll be working closely with studio leadership to help shape the future of our games, creating prototypes and exploring possibilities of new technology, as well as running regular user testing and feedback sessions for our titles.

The ideal candidate will have at least one shipped commercial video game under their belt, and experience working in Virtual Reality or on PC/Console games. However, we’re open to all applications and backgrounds - if you have had a non-traditional route into the games industry, we’d still love to hear from you!

Draw & Code are an equal opportunity employer, and pride ourselves on our diverse team. We offer a remote/hybrid working environment, with opportunities to work from home, our central Liverpool studio in the UK, and our brand new R&D hub in Malta! We look after our team, with regular socials, coffee deliveries and more!

  • Help design and develop the user experience (UX) of the game, keeping the player in mind at all times.
  • Work within a team and collaborate with your team mates to create truly special player experiences.
