Marketing and Communications Executive
Draw & Code are on the lookout for a talented and experienced marketing and communications executive to join our team of immersive technology experts in our studio based in Liverpool city centre. This is your chance to work with an innovative yet welcoming studio that is gaining a global reputation in the burgeoning immersive tech sector.
This role is for people with three years or more of experience in marketing and we hope that any applicants share our enthusiasm for new technologies.

About Us
Draw & Code is a studio that specialises in the thriving and rapidly developing world of immersive technologies and games. Our niche is the intersection of AR (Augmented Reality), VR (Virtual Reality) and games technology with creative storytelling and design. Our projects are split between ‘work-for-hire’ for leading global brands and internal product development.
We are now looking to expand our marketing team with a Marketing and Communications Executive who will be helping us in our company’s core communications.
Job Description - Marketing and Communications Executive
Core Responsibilities:
- Creation of marketing and PR content and strategy.
- Campaign management.
- Commissioning and editing content from internal and external sources.
- Creation of sales and marketing materials such as pitches, presentations, workshops, emails, etc.
- Report building on marketing performance including metrics, analytics and benchmarking.
- Work alongside our marketing manager to create social media content.
- Contributing website content including client case studies and blogs.
- Delivery of workshop sessions.
- Representing Draw & Code at events - both digital and in the real-world.
Required Skills:
- Three years or more marketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to tell a story both visually and in writing.
- An eye for aesthetics and creative flair.
- Confidence dealing with people (both internal team members and external clients and partners).
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Some proficiency with presentation software, Photoshop or other editing/graphic design software.
- Some knowledge/experience of creating/designing presentations, graphics or infographics.
Desirable Skills
The following skills are desirable but not essential;
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software is an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro or equivalent) would be useful.
- Previous experience in either our industry or adjacent industries.
- Any marketing qualifications are a major advantage although job history and work portfolios will supersede them.

Additional Information:
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, core hours with flexible start and finish times currently within either 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.

- Pension: Pension enrollment with NEST begins when an employee turns 22 years old.
- Number of days annual leave and bank holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays.

- While the studio is currently operating partially remotely, there will be some requirements to be present in the studio or on-site for location-based work.
Although this role allows for hybrid working, it requires you to attend in person 3 days a week at our Liverpool Studio.
