Production Assistant
Draw & Code create immersive experiences and products using video game and immersive technology. We are growing and are looking for talented individuals who want to join us on our journey during this exciting time.
We are looking for a Junior Production Assistant to join our studio and help support our production team across all projects. As a Production Assistant you will be an important part of ensuring our projects are running smoothly and on track to reach milestones.
You’ll be working closely with team members across all projects, ensuring that time is being tracked and overseeing the bridge between production and finance reporting. You’ll learn or have some experience already of project management tools such as Jira and Workflow Max as well as be comfortable using google suite and slack for documentation and communications.
The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in the games/experiential industry. However, we’re open to all applications and we’d still love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Engaging in Production Meetings, capacity planning
- Check people's time logs, chase them to ensure careful time tracking on a daily/weekly basis
- Onboarding new hire for production tools like jira, tempo etc
- Creating meeting notes and documentation to help the wider studio
- Attend client meetings and provide extra support on client projects
