Studio Manager (Malta - Draw & Code Studio)
Draw & Code create immersive experiences and products using video game and immersive technology. We are growing and are looking for people who want to join us on our journey.
Draw & Code have recently opened an R&D Studio in Malta and are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee the smooth running of the day to day of our studio.
This is an exciting opportunity to be the front face of our new Malta Studio and be an important part of growing our business on the island.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high standards of our studio on a daily basis
- Organising meetings, handling correspondences and welcoming visitors to our studio
- Upselling Draw & Code’s services to potential clients
- Booking transport, managing accommodation levels for UK staff visiting and managing all visit requests for the studio
- Ordering stationery and furniture including set up as needed
- Creating procedures and managing budgets for studio costs
- Ensuring health and safety in the workplace
- Producing Malta welcome packs
- Recruitment of Malta based stuff and establish links with local colleges and universities
- Attending meetings with Senior Management
Requirements
- Technology competency and passion for Immersive Tech/Gaming
- Administrative experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads
- Understanding of Malta culture
- Relationship building skills
Salary
- €20,000 - €22,000 depending on experience.
Must already be a settled resident with the right to work in Malta. We are not looking to relocate a candidate for this position.
