The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to both potential and existing clients. This position plays a key role in communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and provide accurate information regarding our services and products
- Manage and update customer information in our database to ensure accuracy
- Identify and escalate emerging issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Assist clients in navigating our website and provide technical support when needed
- Follow-up with clients on inquiries and provide timely updates on the status of their requests
- Utilize sales techniques to promote and upsell our services to potential customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while dealing with clients
