Dreamland Experiences is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to provide unforgettable vacation packages to our clients. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our luxury vacation packages to potential clients through various means, such as presentations, networking events, and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Dreamland Experiences' luxury vacation packages and services

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various means, such as networking events, cold calling, and online platforms

- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our vacation packages

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales plans and campaigns

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in our CRM system

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals

- Attend and represent Dreamland Experiences at industry events and trade shows

- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the luxury travel industry

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel as needed

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
