Job Description: As a Retail Sales Assistant at Duqed, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the sales process in our Dublin store. Your engaging approach, product knowledge, and enthusiasm will ensure that every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience and receives expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide detailed information about our staging services and product offerings.
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance sales and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and retail software.
