The East Bay German International School (EBGIS) is a dual-language immersion school offering Early Childhood, Elementary and Middle School programs. We launched our high school program in the 2021/2022 school year, looking forward to our first graduating high school class in 2025. Our integrated curriculum combines bilingual German and English instruction with project-based learning and a cross-cultural experience. We offer exceptional academics, a diverse international perspective, and a vibrant community of students, parents and teachers.
Teachers and staff at EBGIS are committed to providing an exceptional education for our students. A supportive learning environment that promotes autonomy and personal responsibility, modern teaching methods, differentiated learning opportunities, and project-based cooperative learning are fundamental to our success.
