• 1-to-1 Mentorship:

• Live Trading Floor Access:
  Work up to 3 days per week at our Bromley-based trading floor to gain hands-on market experience.
• Strategy Automation Support:
  Collaborate with in-house coders to build and refine your own algorithmic trading systems.
• AI Trading Assistant:
  24/7 support from our proprietary AI platform covering strategy, analysis, and trade reviews.
• Copy Trading Access:
  Observe and learn by following the trades of verified professional traders in real time.
• Live Market Webinars & Workshops:
  Access daily EU/US market sessions, trading psychology workshops, and weekly performance reviews.
• Funded Account Pathway:
  Start with a $10,000 funded account and scale up to $1 million, based on consistent, risk-adjusted performance.

Work Environment

• Hybrid: Primarily remote learning, with optional in-person sessions at our trading floor in Bromley (BR2 9LS)
• Flexible hours to accommodate self-paced learning and part-time commitment
