Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with college students, faculty, HOD, and management, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyze customer data to enhance experiences and drive business growth.
- Research and publish insightful white papers that contribute to industry knowledge.
- Develop training materials and conduct product demonstrations to empower clients.
- Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives.
- Evaluate and refine onboarding processes, communication infrastructures, and customer success initiatives.
