- 1-3 Years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing (Selenium)
- Should have hands on working experience in Functional Testing, System Testing, System Integration Testing, Stress Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Smoke Testing, Database Testing etc.
- Testing in different environments including web and mobile
- Hands on experience in Testing Concepts, Testing Life cycle and Bug Life Cycle procedures
- To review clients requirements, specifications and technical design documents
- To provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Able to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Must have the knowledge of Budget Estimation, Systematic Planning, Prioritization of activities and coordination activities
- Strong skill set of developing and applying testing processes for a new product development and improvement of existing products to meet client needs
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify exact system requirements
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Strong knowledge of Quality Application methodologies of software tools and processes
- Hands-on experience with both White Box and Black Box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and systems
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development processes
- Experience with Performance Security Testing
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Identify, confirm, report and manage defects through resolution
- Perform thorough Regression Testing when bugs are resolved
- Should have good knowledge in SQL database
- Proficient in Documentation Practice
- Should have experience in performance testing & automation testing tools
- Should be able to monitor and report his/her own work
- Should be able to identify the risk on time with contingency and mitigation plan
- Very good Analytical and communication skills - verbal and written
