Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand Eko Green Industrial market presence.
-Identify and engage potential clients in the aviation, industrial, and energy sectors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
-Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting key metrics and progress regularly.
-Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and optimize workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Proven experience in sales management, preferably in aviation, industrial services, or technical B2B sales.
-Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
-Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple accounts effectively.
- Experience using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and digital outreach strategies.
- Understanding of nondestructive testing (NDT) and engine services is a plus.
