Call Center Representative Wanted in Bala Cynwyd
We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Telemarketer to generate B2B sales by cold calling or following up with Inbound Leads in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing potential business owners to buy products or services.
With EMS, you will have the tools and support staff you need for success. We will provide you with actionable daily benchmarks to hit so you can meet your income goals each and every month.
As a call center rep, you must be able to understand the customer's needs in a short time and present solutions for those needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered in dealing with aggressiveness and complaints.
This Telemarketing Position Includes:

- Cold-calling, negotiation skills, B2B, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
