We are looking for a results-driven Buisness Developement Executive good in Outbound Sales to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and experienced in selling IT or digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound sales activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
- Identify and approach potential clients in UAE, GCC, and international markets
- Pitch Element8’s services:
- Web & App Development
- Digital Marketing
- Branding & Creative Solutions
- Schedule meetings and product/service demos with decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Maintain and update leads in CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, closures, and onboarding
- Track outreach performance and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
2-5+ years of experience in outbound sales / IT sales / digital agency sales - Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience selling digital or IT services is highly preferred
