Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Communications Agent to support our company’s communication needs, help maintain our brand image, and ensure consistent, clear, and effective messaging across various platforms. The Communications Agent will be responsible for handling media inquiries, drafting press releases, creating engaging content for social media, and managing internal and external communications. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of our brand and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Relations:
- Serve as a primary contact for media inquiries, handling requests professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases and media kits.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
- Assist in crisis communications and help manage brand reputation.
- Monitor and respond to public and social media mentions of the brand.
Internal Communication:
- Support internal communications efforts, such as company announcements and newsletters.
- Ensure employees are informed about updates, policies, and events.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze engagement metrics across communication channels.
- Generate reports on campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.
Qualifications:
