Purpose of the Post:
To deliver exceptional care and educational experiences to children in the nursery setting while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Child Engagement: Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's development in collaboration with team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of children’s achievements and conduct regular observations to monitor progress.
- Parent Liaison: Establish respectful relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication and support, especially for families with special needs children.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a cohesive team environment, participating in training sessions, meetings, and out-of-hours events.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including recording accidents and maintaining a safe environment for children.
- Child Care: Attend to the daily needs of children, ensuring a nurturing atmosphere that supports their social and emotional well-being.
