- Manage and oversee all phases of deck construction projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the project
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensuring the best quality for our clients
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, coordinating their tasks to meet project deadlines
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
- Ensure project profitability by monitoring budget and controlling costs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and positive referrals
- Identify potential project risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to improve project efficiency and results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in deck construction or a related field
- Basic Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Extensive knowledge of deck construction techniques, materials, and tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service and client management.
