About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Automation & AI Expert to design, implement, and scale automation solutions across all departments of our growing organization. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on expertise in workflow automation, AI integration, and startup environments, who thrives in building scalable systems from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Strategy & Implementation
Assess current workflows across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Support, etc.).
Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Build, test, and maintain automation workflows across tools and platforms.
Tooling & AI Integration
Implement AI-powered solutions (chatbots, analytics dashboards, document processing, customer service AI, etc.).
Integrate SaaS tools (CRM, ERP, HRIS, accounting platforms, etc.) with automation workflows.
Ensure seamless data flow between systems using APIs and automation platforms.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with each department to understand unique needs and design automation solutions tailored to them.
Document workflows, best practices, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Train non-technical teams on how to use and maximize automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical automation projects (portfolio or case studies required).
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as:
1. Automation Platforms: Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, UiPath, Power Automate, etc.
2. AI Tools & Frameworks: OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow, RPA tools, Chatbots.
3. Data Tools: Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Slack integrations, API development.
- Experience working in start-up environments with lean resources and fast iteration cycles.
- Strong understanding of data security, scalability, and integration best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Based in the Philippines is highly preferred.
