You’ll work directly with our India CMO  to own front-end growth while supported by a backend CRM/automation specialist.

🔥 What You’ll Do

Paid Ads Mastery – Launch & scale campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart. Optimize for CPA, ROAS & volume.

Funnels & Conversion – Build and optimize high-converting D2C funnels tailored for Indian buyers.

Campaign Management – End-to-end execution: audience, creatives, copy, landing pages, reporting.

Growth Experiments – Test offers, angles, and hacks to find India’s growth levers.

✅ You Are

A Performance Marketer First: Proven track record in D2C, or supplements/fitness preferred.

Hands-On: You build and run campaigns yourself—not just manage agencies.

Data-Driven: You speak CTR, CAC, ROAS, AOV fluently. Numbers guide your creativity.

India-Savvy: You know what drives Indian buyers from awareness to checkout.

Fitness & lifestyle passionate (bonus, not mandatory).
