We are rapidly expanding and are seeking a strategic and creative Growth Expert to spearhead our efforts across YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter) – the key platforms for thought leadership, audience expansion, and product visibility.
This is a high-priority, high-impact role for someone with a proven track record of scaling personal or brand accounts—ideally in health, performance, or lifestyle spaces. Whether you're a freelancer, growth consultant, or run a micro-agency, we’re open to consulting, revenue-share deals, or full-time paid roles.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can own, grow, and optimize our presence on YouTube, LinkedIn, and X with the goal of building brand authority, driving engagement, and converting followers into leads/customers. You will lead strategy, content direction, analytics, and growth experiments across these platforms.
Scale our YouTube: high-retention video content, shorts, and SEO-friendly structure
Dominate LinkedIn: thought leadership, authority building, and executive branding
Build an influential presence on X (Twitter): daily posting, threads, viral growth loops
Strategy & Planning
Develop platform-specific content and audience growth strategies for YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
Identify trends, hashtags, and timely conversations for real-time content opportunities
Content & Channel Growth
Coordinate with video editors, copywriters, and designers to produce high-performing short-form and long-form content
Optimize video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags for YouTube SEO
Write thought leadership posts and threads for LinkedIn and X, including ghostwriting for executives
Launch and manage X Spaces, LinkedIn Lives, and YouTube premieres as part of community engagement
Growth & Engagement
Drive channel growth and community building using organic and paid strategies
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and niche communities to increase reach
Run experiments (A/B tests) for content performance, ad creatives, and hooks
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as views, CTR, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion
Use tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, X Analytics, and third-party SaaS to optimize content strategy
Deliver insights and adjust strategies based on data-driven performance reviews
A platform-native growth strategist who understands how to go viral and build real engagement
Experience with content hooks, retention, and conversion-led storytelling
Strong portfolio of past results: follower growth, channel scaling, audience conversion
Ability to manage/coordinate content creation (video editors, writers, designers)
Experience ghostwriting or growing influencer brands is a BIG plus
