Job Title: Shopify & WooCommerce Web Support Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy Web Support Specialist (WordPress & Shopify Developer) who has hands-on experience with both Shopify and WooCommerce platforms. You’ll be responsible for keeping our e-commerce websites running smoothly on a daily basis by troubleshooting and fixing any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and capable of maintaining multiple high-traffic sites while collaborating closely with our head developer.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a WordPress developer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Shopify development and maintenance.
- Proven ability to maintain and optimize high-traffic WordPress pages.
- Responsible for maintaining 6 online stores, including dev logs and maintenance routines.
- Strong experience in page performance optimization (speed, core web vitals, etc.).
- SEO expertise to ensure strong search rankings.
- Flawless attention to detail with zero error tolerance.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Flexibility with working hours when needed.
- Available for emergency work on weekends if required.
- Experience with Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, caching).
- Comfortable using AI tools daily to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Must be based in Turkey (remote work is acceptable)
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Knowledge in funnel building (sales funnels, conversion optimization).
- Familiarity with Klaviyo (email automation).
- Understanding of domain and IP management.
- Experience in custom coding WordPress plugins or apps.
- Experience with Shopify app integrations and API connections.
- Basic knowledge of server environments (cPanel, Plesk, VPS).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO tools.
