This role is essential in shaping Jon Bravo’s digital presence. You'll be responsible for turning long-form video content into engaging short-form clips that captivate audiences across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute engaging, visually dynamic short-form videos.
• Edit raw footage into high-quality content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, aligned with Jon Bravo’s brand identity.
• Create animated intros/outros to reinforce branding and viewer retention.
• Integrate music, sound effects, subtitles, and transitions to elevate production value.
• Stay current with YouTube trends and viral editing styles to maximize engagement.
• Assist in optimizing video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags for discoverability.
• Maintain organized file structures and adhere to strict content deadlines.
• Analyze performance metrics and contribute insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in video editing for YouTube and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Solid grasp of social media video algorithms, trends, and audience psychology.
• Sharp eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight turnaround times.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Genuine passion for content creation and digital storytelling.
