Smartersnacks.com is a fast-growing snack brand focused on smarter, better-for-you food choices. We’re scaling aggressively across social platforms and are looking for a Social Media Manager/Affiliate Marketing Manager who knows how to turn content, creators, and trends into real sales.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an absolute killer in social media and affiliate marketing — someone who doesn’t just post content but drives revenue, builds partnerships, and closes deals. This is a performance-focused role, not just social media posting.
You will own:
Social media growth
Affiliate recruitment & management
Paid collaborations & influencer deals
Relationship-building with creators, brands, and communities

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Growth & Strategy:
- Own and execute Smartersnacks’ social media strategy (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Create, plan, and publish high-performing content (organic + paid)
- Stay on top of trends, formats, hooks, and viral mechanics
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions
Affiliate Marketing
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates (creators, influencers, niche pages)
- Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
- Create affiliate offers, promo calendars, and campaign pushes
- Monitor affiliate performance and scale what works
- Be the main point of contact for affiliates — proactive, responsive, and persuasive
Paid Collaborations & Influencer Deals
- Identify and reach out to creators for paid collaborations
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
- Coordinate campaigns from outreach to execution to reporting
- Ensure collaborations drive sales, not just likes
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in social media growth + affiliate marketing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Data-driven mindset — understands ROAS, CPA, conversions, and attribution
- Knows how to spot creators who actually sell
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Experience with DTC / eCommerce brands ( specifically with food, CPG, or health & wellness brands)
- Experience working with startups or fast-moving brands
- Familiar with affiliate platforms
- Understanding of paid ads amplification for creator content
