Position Overview:
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate network, driving growth, and ensuring optimal performance. You’ll be working closely with influencers, publishers, and affiliates to promote our products and maximize conversions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships, optimizing affiliate campaigns, and staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including influencers and industry professionals, to grow the program.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and optimize campaigns.
- Negotiate competitive commission rates and terms to attract high-quality affiliates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our program remains competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing materials and promotions for affiliates.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Affiliate Management Experience: Several years of proven experience in managing successful affiliate programs, particularly within the e-commerce or fitness/supplement industry.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with ease.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize affiliate campaigns.
- Negotiation and Relationship Building: Skilled in negotiating terms and building long-lasting relationships with partners.
- Adaptability and Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using various affiliate platforms and staying up-to-date with new tools and technologies.
- Trend Awareness: Ability to identify and leverage emerging trends within the fitness, health, and supplement space.
