We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to serve as the right hand to our CEO, providing high-level business management and executive support. This dual role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s office runs smoothly and efficiently, while also contributing to strategic planning, financial management, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, exceptional organizational skills, and proven experience in C-level executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support to the CEO:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle all communications directed to the CEO, including screening calls and emails.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Assist the CEO in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Support the executive team in aligning business operations with the company’s mission and vision.
3. Financial Management:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with the finance team.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure effective cost management and optimize resource allocation.
4. Operations Management:
- Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflows.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business goals.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
6. Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate business risks through effective risk management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in C-level executive support.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
