Job Overview
We’re seeking a Global People Ops Lead to design, implement, and scale people strategies that align with EverBee’s mission and growth objectives. This role will focus on enhancing the employee experience, driving engagement, and ensuring global compliance while fostering a thriving and inclusive culture across our distributed team. As a key strategic partner, you’ll collaborate with leadership to align People Ops initiatives with business goals, creating a world-class work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement globally.
- Build scalable onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Lead initiatives to create a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.
Talent Management
- Oversee global recruitment, ensuring alignment with EverBee’s talent needs and growth goals.
- Partner with managers to develop career pathways and succession plans for key roles.
- Create and implement scalable performance management systems.
Learning & Development
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and prepare leaders for future challenges.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and maintain equitable and competitive global compensation structures.
- Oversee global benefits programs, ensuring alignment with local regulations and employee needs.
- Introduce innovative rewards and recognition initiatives.
Global Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all countries where EverBee operates.
- Maintain a centralized employee handbook that reflects EverBee’s mission and adapts to regional nuances.
- Proactively address workplace issues and resolve conflicts.
Remote Work Optimization
- Develop and refine remote work policies, tools, and best practices.
- Foster collaboration and communication across geographically dispersed teams.
- Promote a culture of productivity and engagement in a remote-first environment.
Metrics & Analytics
- Track and analyze key people metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, DEI).
- Use data-driven insights to inform leadership and improve People Ops initiatives.
- Regularly measure and report on the success of programs and strategies.
Culture & Employer Branding
- Act as a cultural ambassador, embedding EverBee’s values into every aspect of the employee journey.
- Strengthen EverBee’s employer brand through innovative People Ops practices.
- Plan and execute global events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in People Operations, Human Resources, or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a global or remote-first organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Proven experience in designing and scaling People Ops strategies for global teams.
- Deep understanding of global employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills; experience using HR tech platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
