About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our growing design team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design craft, a passion for clean, scalable systems, and a sharp eye for interaction design and motion. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual language of EverBee.io across our web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design beautiful, functional user interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability
- Develop and maintain our design system in collaboration with UX, engineering, and brand teams
- Translate user and business needs into intuitive, consistent interfaces
- Create subtle micro-interactions and motion design to improve user experience
- Conduct Visual Quality Assurance (VQA) across devices and breakpoints to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers in an agile environment
- Provide UI feedback and mentoring to junior designers
- Contribute to shaping the visual identity of EverBee as the product evolves
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/visual design experience in product or SaaS companies
- Strong portfolio showcasing design system work, clean interfaces, and animation/motion design
- Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, libraries), Adobe CC, and prototyping tools like Principle or After Effects
- Solid understanding of interaction design, responsive layouts, and accessibility
- Experience conducting VQA and collaborating with developers to ship polished interfaces
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and a love for scalable, consistent design
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Lottie or motion frameworks in code
- Familiarity with e-commerce, analytics, or marketplace tools
- Comfort with light UX research or working closely with UX designers
