Who You Are

You are looking for an early career position and are interested in working with a Nashville-based entrepreneurial firm focused on empowering nephrologists to transform care for some of the most clinically complex patients. You have a strong desire to lend your project management and analytical skills to operational, clinical, financial, and strategy leaders who are making a major impact in healthcare. You thrive in innovative and evolving environments with high rates of change. You are driven by collaboration and love to connect the dots. Does this sound like you? If so, we should talk.

Who We Are

Evergreen Nephrology partners with nephrologists to transform kidney care through a value-based, person-centered, holistic, and comprehensive approach to kidney care. We believe patients living with kidney disease deserve the best care. We are committed to improving patient outcomes and improving quality of life by delaying disease progression, shifting care to the home, and accelerating kidney transplants.

We help nephrologists focus on the right patients at the right time across the full care spectrum. We do this by providing them with the best-in-class interdisciplinary clinical resources, analytical insight and tools, and services to patients.

We listen to the needs of our patients, our employees, and our client partners, continually working to push beyond the status quo in which the care system manages patients today.

YOUR ROLE

You will collaborate with senior and executive leaders and joint venture partners in building out Evergreen from the ground up. You will get hands-on experience applying data analysis to real-world situations, exposure to business development and growth opportunities, an opportunity to build a national networking base, and the ability to work among some of the most sought-after thought leaders in the healthcare space.

Primary Functions

  • Support the planning and execution of monthly (in-person quarterly) advisory councils across Evergreen’s joint venture nephrologists

  • Engage physicians and other leaders at joint venture partners to advance clinical, administrative, and financial initiatives

  • Collaborate with leaders across Evergreen to develop PowerPoint presentations for joint venture partners

  • Serve as project management support, organizing the team around major milestones and the individual tasks that lead up to those milestones

  • Succinctly communicate project statuses and meeting outcomes to joint venture partners and Evergreen stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is required

  • 2 + years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., consulting) is highly preferred

  • You accept that things change quickly in a startup environment and are willing to pivot quickly on priorities

  • You are scrappy and willing and able to take on anything as long as it contributes to the overarching goal

  • You have a collaborative mindset and allow for others to bring things to the table

  • You can work independently and in a relatively unstructured manner

  • You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, which you will need to be able to stay on top of many moving pieces

WE’RE GOOD AT

  • You will benefit from Evergreen Nephrology’s exceptional total rewards package, including competitive base pay with bonuses, paid time off starting at four weeks for full-time employees, 12 paid holidays per year, reimbursement for continuing medical education, 401k with match, health, dental, and vision insurance.
