We are looking to hire a Market Research Manager who is dedicated, agile, has high integrity, growth mindset, and is open to learning new things.
In this role you will be responsible for initiating, organizing, and leading different market research projects in order to test and validate new products, business ideas, and initiatives.
Working closely with the marketing and product team, this role will be responsible for overcoming the gap between market needs and the company’s portfolio of product, focused on finding the product-market fit for the new product ideas. Responsibilities:
- Carry out qualitative research and design specific research methods such as questionnaires, problem interviews, demo/MVP interviews, all according to the research needs.
- Define the plan and organize market research on new potential product ideas. Work closely with managers on objectives and requirements of projects.
- Collect and study information about existing and new products, existing and new customers, sales trends as well as market trends to direct future business plans and decisions regarding new business ideas' development.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys, interviews and focus group transcripts. Use the findings to ideate new product ideas to be tested.
- Collect data through market research on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, recommendations, and presentations to direct future business plans and decisions.
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties' research, and implement best practices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English language)
- Strong Qualitative Research skills - defining ideal interviewees, reaching out, interviewing, and delivering actionable insights in a clear, succinct manner

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Management / Organizational sciences, Psychology.
Some previous experience in the development of new products/ideas is desirable but not necessary.
Comfortable working with Google Suite of products (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Slack, Zoom.
