Full-time | SaaS | B2B | Medical Education | AI-powered
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Owner to help us turn great ideas into real, scalable product outcomes across our multi-tenant, white-label, Netflix-style streaming platform for medical education.
This role sits at the center of the product–engineering–customer success triangle: ensuring every sprint delivers measurable value, every story is clear, and every release moves us closer to better outcomes for doctors and medical associations worldwide.
You'll own the complete feedback and delivery infrastructure at Evermed—connecting user surveys, Mixpanel behavioral data, client feedback via client success managers, and sprint execution into one seamless system.
You’ll also own product execution — from backlog grooming and story definition to sprint alignment and release validation — while staying grounded in the why: how each change ties to our KPIs and user impact.
This role combines strategic systems thinking with hands-on execution: you'll be the operational backbone ensuring clarity, communication, and continuous improvement across the entire product lifecycle—from user insights to shipped features that measurably impact our KPIs.
Who We Are
Evermed is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving medical associations worldwide with a Netflix-style video education platform and a full engagement engine behind it.
Our mission is to help doctors stay up-to-date and elevate patient care through world-class, personalized educational content.
We've reached product-market fit and are scaling with long-term medical association clients. We maintain agile startup energy - lean, AI-forward, and fun to work with - but without the drama, firefighting, and roller coasters. We've built a strong architectural foundation designed for scalability and feature velocity.
We're Looking For You if You..
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment
- Believe that clarity, consistency, and structure are the foundation of innovation
- Have hands-on experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment) and can set up measurement frameworks
- Bring expertise in survey and feedback systems, integrating user research, customer success data, and behavioral analytics
- Have successfully managed end-to-end product delivery — from backlog grooming and sprint planning to release validation
- Can translate business and user needs into clear, testable, and prioritized requirements
- Tie every user story and deliverable to a specific KPI or measurable user impact
- Are confident owning product delivery across multiple tenants and client configurations
- Understand engineering workflows and communicate seamlessly with developers, designers, and QA
- Know how to balance speed and product elegance — building scalable, long-term solutions instead of short-term fixes
- Are comfortable saying “not now” when priorities compete, and can explain decisions with clarity.
- Have documentation and process standardization expertise with measurable improvements to team efficiency
- Possess strong technical writing and communication skills, producing clear, actionable documentation
- Have project and stakeholder management experience, working directly with founders and senior leadership
- Thrive in cross-functional collaboration and are motivated by driving tangible outcomes
Your Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product backlog across all tenants and environments
- Collect and synthesize feature requests and feedback from multiple sources:
- End-users (doctors): Design and own systems for surveys, NPS, and behavioral tracking (event funnels, heatmaps, drop-offs)
- Clients (associations): Gather insights from Sales and Client Success to reduce manual analysis time and highlight recurring needs
- Management (internal): Prioritize feature requests from internal stakeholders.
- Transform feedback into insights — converting raw data into clear, actionable input for product and UX direction
- Translate insights into roadmap initiatives, linking every feature or improvement to user and client value
- Lead prioritization discussions, balancing new features, improvements, and technical hardening; make decisions transparent and data-driven
- Collaborate with CPO, CTO, Customer Success, and Engineering Leads to define sprint goals and expected outcomes
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring shared understanding and testability
- Conduct refinement sessions, validate alignment before sprint kickoff, and ensure work meets business goals before release
- Track progress and maintain visibility using Jira and Confluence
- Ensure design execution aligns with product goals — working with UI/UX to maintain clean, intuitive user experiences
- Preserve product elegance — champion simplicity, scalability, and user-centered design in every release
- Support QA and Engineering to uphold release quality and product integrity
- Participate in sprint ceremonies — planning, demos, retrospectives, and roadmap sessions
- Communicate transparently: Publish bi-weekly release updates and mini-demo videos explaining what shipped, why it matters, and what’s next
- Maintain a visible, up-to-date roadmap as the single source of truth for all teams
- Build and monitor key client KPIs — registrations, engagement, client revenue, and satisfaction/NPS — connecting them to retention and growth outcomes
- Establish and own technical KPIs — including story points, cycle time, and deployment frequency
- Design and execute A/B tests to measure and optimize for improvements across the four core client KPIs
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience with multi-tenant, white-label, or streaming SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with video-based education systems or content delivery platforms
- Understanding of feature flagging, custom configurations, and client-level releases
- Exposure to KPI dashboards, data analytics, or outcome-based prioritization
- Knowledge of AI-powered personalization, recommendation engines, or learning systems
- Experience in healthcare, medical education, or regulated industries
Culture, Mission, Fit
We’re a small team with a big global impact. There's no politics, no silos, and no place to hide — only clear decisions, a team of smart capable people, high excellence standards, continuous learning, open feedback, and a shared commitment to building something that lasts.
Your work directly helps doctors stay current with medical advances - when a feature works smoothly, it contributes to better patient care.
You’ll work directly with the founders who are both non-technical but deeply engaged in product, growth, and client success.
