We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. They can be located anywhere however we prefer the Americas or Europe.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including lead generation, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, answering emails, Go High-Level setup, etc.. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like email, Zoom, Slack, Asana, etc.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead Prospecting
- Send personalized emails to client lists
- Research according to direction to look for other technology businesses and send a LinkedIn message
- Either create new lead list by searching a set business profile or following up with previously contacted clients
- Make deadllines
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Perform market research
- Create presentations, as assigned
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
- Understand how to do email outreach
Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging English communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
