At FabPub Ltd, we can design, make and create at our own fabrication facility.
We believe in craft and link our digital files to our fabrication tools (laser-cutting, 3D Printing, CNC-milling) through custom software. From design and fabrication all the way to assembly and construction, as well as website and graphic design, we provide services for every step of a project, which allows us to achieve very high standards.

Summary
We are looking for a brilliant HR Assistant with a generalist role to join our team. You will support all areas of HR. In return, you will have ample opportunity to be exposed to all areas of HR and learn from a fantastic team.
Responsibilities
- Support with recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, issuing employment contracts, and onboarding new starters and leavers.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
- Assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits.
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars.
- Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities.
- Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications.
- Help with checking JDs for accuracy and typos and follow-up of missing/outstanding JDs.
- Help with checking the completion of appraisals and follow-up of outstanding appraisals.
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
- Any other ad-hoc or administrative task.
The ideal candidate must have
- 2 years of previous experience as an HR Administrator/ Assistant or related role.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form and build good working relationships.
- Have the ability to handle, organise, and multi-task with interruptions and constantly changing priorities.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, listening, and written.
- Have an enthusiastic personality and be discreet and confidential in handling information and interacting with the team.,
- Be dedicated to improvement and proactive - have the ability to review and identify process gaps or opportunities.
- Good knowledge of technical applications -(i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
- Must have/be working towards/or want to start a CIPD - a plus
