The Role
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to drive the economic success of an innovative and circular company that is breaking barriers in the retail market of sustainable products? This role involves developing new innovations, expanding into new markets, and increasing sales and profitability.
If so, we are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with both a team of designers, a development agency and retail project and product design team to drive both existing and new products for our company, whilst working closely with Sales, Customer Success and the Leadership team to ensure the product roadmap and delivery is in line with the Company’s goals
The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of business and technical knowledge to ensure the success of our company. You will be part of an exciting new project to launch a new retail shop as well as driving the online roadmap of our new product range online.
Sample initiatives include:
- Growing and help setting up our new eCommerce business online
- Establishing the overall customer experience in both our online and offline shops.
Responsibilities include
- Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Manage and prioritise the team’s feature backlog to ensure focus on key objectives.
- Definition, monitoring of the company's relevant OKR’s and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set.
- Communicate the state of projects across teams, stakeholders as well as executives.
- Partner with the rest of the organisation to continuously improve our processes.
- Managing Mamou-Mani and Fab.Pub’s digital websites and social media
Details of the skills, experience and qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager with demonstration of strong impact in a retail/eCommerce market.
- At least 2 years of experience in an international environment and across multiple sites (beneficial but not essential)
- Understanding of logistics and the full product lifecycle (online and offline)
- We’re moving and growing at a fast-pace, and that means being involved in solving complex problems.
- Great people and communication skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
- Strong understanding of product management processes, project management frameworks
- Knowledge of CMS and eCommerce platforms required
- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
- An ability to inspire and motivate others to continuously improve
- Attentive listening and clear communication
- Self-motivation and accountability for achieving results
